UCP of NEPA’s Home Services Program was created to support children and adults with disabilities who may not be receiving services through other programs, ensuring they still have access to the help and resources they need to thrive.

In partnership with the Pennsylvania Elks State Association, Home Services provides support to individuals with a wide range of disabilities and their families—whether or not they are currently involved with UCP of NEPA or another agency.

 

The program focuses on three key areas of support: information, advocacy, and referrals. Through these services, we help individuals and families better understand available resources, navigate challenges, and connect with supports that enhance independence and improve overall quality of life.
