Our Day Services for Adults
At UCP of NEPA, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to pursue their goals, follow their dreams, and live a meaningful life. We take the time to listen, understand each individual’s hopes and aspirations, and partner with them—and the people who know and love them best—to help turn those dreams into reality.
Our center-based program provides a welcoming and supportive environment where adults can build confidence, develop friendships, explore new interests, and strengthen the skills needed to live as independently as possible. Participants enjoy a variety of educational, recreational, creative, and hands-on experiences tailored to their unique interests, abilities, and personal goals.
For individuals seeking greater independence, we offer training in self-care, household management, and everyday living skills, as well as vocational opportunities that help participants develop job skills, earn income, and gain meaningful work experience.
Through our Community Options services, participants receive individualized support to volunteer, attend community events, explore new places, and stay connected to the people and activities that matter most to them.

Together with family members, friends, agency staff, and supports coordinators, each participant develops an individual plan that reflects their unique strengths, interests, and goals. By focusing on what matters most to each person, we help create opportunities for greater independence, meaningful relationships, and full participation in community life.
